This story takes place in a world in which the demon gates have opened and destroyed just about every human being on the planet. Demons walk with the living. What humans are left are either hiding or fighting. Some have taken upon themselves to learn Demon Artifacts and mastered using them, and gained the names of “Witch”. The story . . .
The Etheria Project isn’t badly-written. It’s an easy read, mostly. It reads like a book of one of the poorer Final Fantasy games. XII, for instance. Minus the chocobos. So far, we’ve met characters with lilac, pink, and blue eyes. It’s that kind of story.

Eikasa shows promise. The word “promise” is used often in reviews at WFG. In most cases, I think the reviewers are trying to find a nice way to say that it is not very good but a miracle might save it, or that with an awful lot of editing it might be readable.
