PILLARS OF FAITH

Editor’s First Look – Suspenseful Fantasy

By Palladian, editor, author of Super

Apr 14, 2018: Pillars of Faith is a story that jumps around a bit to follow a couple of different storylines, but the author does a good job of keeping things interesting enough for a reader so that you will want to continue reading to find out what happens next.

The seeming main storyline follows Senna, a shapeshifter with a curse, and Lily, a regular person who finds and befriends her. I really liked watching the two of them interact, and enjoyed how the author introduces them bit by bit as a result.

There are other storylines which seem to be linked to Senna’s curse somehow, and it seems forces are converging on them. The author does a good job of outlining these threats and keeping a reader interested in continuing on.

I’d recommend this tale for anyone who likes fantasy or suspense tales that follow a number of interwoven storylines.

A SMALL LIFE

No title

By Taulsn, author of Reaper

Apr 12, 2015: It feels more like reading someones diary than anything else, and is vastly different than most other things here. However it’s a very quick read, and interesting. So give it is shot. I should not that every page has an illustrated nude, while artistic and tasteful this is not one to check in the office.

A SMALL LIFE

Editor’s First Impression

By Chris Poirier, editor

Apr 11, 2015: A neat little literary confection. As much blogfic as novel, the voice is vivid and engaging. Be sure to check out the links below the next page links—there’s detail throughout.
