The story is about two middle aged female druids who find that their connection to trees is beginning to fade, and that these trees hold a devastating secret.  Desperate, they start an aggressive mailing campaign to find the next facilitator, but their mailings receive shocking results.  They have come to warn us . . . but will we listen?
