Crossed Genres is a monthly magazine of science fiction and fantasy.
Crossed Genres puts out an issue every month that is free to read online. Each issue has (usually, with a bit of variance) 5 short stories, 1 article and cover art. The final issue of each year is double-sized.
Every issue has a unique “theme” which all the content centers around; previous themes have included Antihero, Folklore, Child Fiction, Romance and LGBTQ, amongst others.
Each issue of Crossed Genres stays on the website for a year, so at any given time there are 12 issues, or roughly 65 short stories, to read. (And some older material stay up in the Archives at the writer or artist’s request.)
Note: Crossed Genres contains some graphic violence and harsh language.
