The Descendants is web serial styling itself after a comic book universe, right down to a format that included minis, annuals and one shot stories. The Dark Icon Original Fiction web site contains a wide variety of stories set in different and interesting worlds. I only spent a significant amount of time with two.
I read all (so far) of the on-going web serial "Court of the Abominatrix" and a couple stories from the "Magekiller" series [more . . .]
Finally, another author who agrees that "furry" doesn’t have to be a bad thing. With all the negativity towards furry/anthro/whatever fiction that abounds online, it’s good to see someone else who realizes that animal characters can be used to tell a really good story.
