TIRED OF DEATH

D&D run by the NPCs

This is definitely a funny must read for a D&D nerd. There are lots of puns on how the world is built and how players and dungeon master handles things. In this aspect it is very similar to several webcomics. Although I fear those that aren’t familiar with pen and paper RPGs, and more specifically D&D won’t find most things funny. I mean pretty much the whole fun is based on exposing the flaws of the system. Or an analogy is, if the characters of the holodeck in Star Trek were aware of any flaws in the role playing of the living players but saw them as integral part of the universe. Spinning myths to explain them.

One small thing to consider, although this is a complete novel, it is only the first book of several, so there are a lot of loose ends after the last chapter.
