Feb 15, 2011: Require: Cookie is a sprawling collection of novels, starting with Mirrorfall. Many parts of it are pertty standard fare, young kid with lack of family ties discovers larger mystical world and becomes part of it, role model figures, horror and happiness sprinked throughout. Where it is different is in the characters. People are real. Even the Agents, supernatural people with great power and greater duty, feel like people you might meet on the street. You will find yourself caring for everyone, the heroes, the villains, the small hacker and [more . . .]
