ARCADIA SNIPS AND THE STEAMWORK CONSORTIUM

Steam meets humor meets math: events ensue

Disclaimer:  we’ve all seen this story before, mailed to us by a fan who was urging the writer towards publication.

And now, here it is!  Good news because this is one COOL book, one of those unique little cuties with something to please several different sectors of reader.

It’s steampunk, of course.  Kind of airship/math/punk, actually,  If you like the "Girl Genius" comic strip, you should give Arcadia a whirl.  Not as much cool artwork, but Rodgers might actually be funnier.

Not that his artwork is shabby, either, but it’s just illustraion, not a strip.  This is a real novel.

If you liked "Hitchhiker’s Guide" or "Lemony Snicket" or the Disney "Treasure Planet", you’ll want to give this thing a ride.

If you are history or math geek, this could be your next obsession.  Pre-order the travel mugs and pocket protectors now.

Here’s a playful writer with his feet on the ground, a child’s imagination with overgrown tongue in his downy cheek.

It’s really wonderful this book is online.  Also selling pretty well in paperback, we understand.

We’ve already seen the elephant on this one, and trust us . . . so should you.
