There is a girl overcome by other people’s thoughts and a high speed chase in progress. There is a surveillance team watching someone for seemingly no reason and a man with a long history of plane accidents. A series of lonely, isolated people trying to connect, to hide, to navigate a world changed by the internet.

Intensely satisfying serialised fiction and exquisite original music

Feb 25, 2017: Future Cults is currently my favourite corner of the internet. It combines the most exquisite music I’ve heard in years with serialised fiction written with startling inventiveness, incredible care, thrilling fearlessness and irresistible humour.

re/search/er writes beautifully idiosyncratic stories about women and men who have some baggage, complicated pasts or presents (and no doubt futures) and, in some cases, mysterious powers; stories about women and men who are a little lonely or unsure of their place in this brave new world, [more . . .]

Feb 26, 2017: andy yeh is the mastermind behind re/search/er and as the name suggests he actually is exactly that. he explores and researches a musical universe so varied and surprising, so full of bright and colourful nuances – an audible rainbow with a spectrum of undiscovered tints – it makes you seriously crave to enter it and immerse yourself in this world of unknown melodies and ear-opening concoctions.
