Teal Garrison is having a bad week. Green explosions, frightening visitors, and apocalyptic warnings from the school’s creepy new janitor are bad enough . . . and then his family disappears. Alone and answerless, he is left with an agonizing choice: save himself, or fight back at whoever is destroying his life. Teal’s decision ultimately leads him to a place where more than just secrets hide – a place so terrible it has been hidden from the world for thousands of years. There he will discover he is much more than just another high school sophomore. He is mankind’s only hope against the Zargansk.

Note: Teal contains some graphic violence.

Editor’s First Impression

By Fiona Gregory, editor

Jul 10, 2011: A fast-paced young adult science fiction. Well-written and easy to navigate. So far, one complete short novel is available – the first in a series, it ends in a cliffhanger.

Well Written

Sep 26, 2011: Good characters, well written, and funny. I like the plot, and the letters that appear in certain chapters are a fun little tease. I can’t wait to read more of this.
