This site is a host to the million word challenge that I have recently started. Born on the back of NaNoWriMo, the challenge foro me is to write 1 million words of fiction in one year and do all of it on my blog.
Note: The Fiction Blogger contains some graphic violence and harsh language.

The writing is fairly solid in the first chapter. The point of view jumps around but it’s easy to recognize the change. Starts out with some "Highlander" echoes but that may change. Worth a second look.

From what I read of the novel, it is reasonably well-written, with strong scenes and characters. Given that this is just the start of the novel, James might develop the main characters, who seem to be a secret society, one way or another—he set a goal of 1,000,000 words—but where the novel stands now, the society is villainous and self-righteous. If you like fast-paced action and tight prose, with religious undertones, then it is worth taking a look at this blog.
There were a couple of issues, though: first of all, I noticed some minor grammar errors, such as "it’s" (it is) where its (possessive) should have been used, and I would prefer to have the links that take the reader forward and back at either the top or bottom of each post, rather than simply in the table of contents in the sidebar.
