"The Last Luminii" only has 3 chapters, as of this review, so all that follows is based on those, and subject to change.

But, so far, the story is interesting.  It takes place on a world where humans in the ancient past interbred with animals, creating subspecies.  Ren, for instance, is a Leonai, bred of man and lion.  His people, however, don’t believe the old stories, and claim his tales of Human ancestry are heresy.

The first three chapters hint at a wider history for the fantasy world the author has created, with various species and their cultures.  If that hint blossoms into a fully realized epic story, it will be worth reading.

So now we just have to wait for more chapters to see how it turns out.
