Enjoy the end of the world through the eyes of a desk-bound civil servant. A global epidemic causes the world to crumble quicker than anyone could predict. Our protagonist gets trapped on duty and has to fight through a decaying urban university environment in order to reach his family.

Mar 2, 2011: Walks the line between blogfic and narrative. Takes a bit more of a cerebral, laid-back approach to the zombie genre, with a police dispatcher talking about the developing "virus" situation. I found the voice wasn’t strong enough to consistently hold my attention, but I can see things improving for readers who persevere.
If zombies stories are like the movie "Die Hard", this may be the story according to Sergeant Al Powell. Worth a look for zombie fans.
