I had planned a quick perusal of this very fetching looking site, hours later I came out with my mind a buzz and feeling like every sense had been fulfilled.  Poirier literally yanks the readers right into the middle and holds us there till he’s shown us everything there is to show.  Quick, crisp description, multi-sensory, and jammed full of suspense and intrigue.
